Kommunlitteratur publishes books that municipal employees
use to enhance their professional skills. Globograf procures and
assembles the components for approximately 20 titles each year. We
also procure the printed materials used in marketing the publisher’s
books.
In close collaboration with the client, we prepare specifications for
year-long contracts in order to minimise administration costs. The
work is structured according to an annual plan, and each title follows
a distinct work process. The same structure applies for the production
of printed materials. Annual agreements mean we can negotiate better
prices, thereby reducing the costs to the client.
